Wall Street Invest provides financial portfolio tracking, trade record management, market context, and analytics software. The Service is for informational, organizational, and tracking purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, custodian, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and we do not execute trades or hold client funds.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Wall Street Invest cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Checkout, payment methods, billing details, tax IDs, invoices, plan changes, cancellations, and related subscription management actions may be completed through Stripe-hosted pages. Prices are shown before applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe may calculate and collect applicable taxes based on billing information, tax settings, and your location.
If you cancel a subscription at the end of a billing period, paid plan access generally continues until that period ends. If a subscription is canceled immediately or payment cannot be collected, paid access may end or change after Stripe confirms the billing state and our systems synchronize it. Plan changes may create prorations, credits, or charges as calculated by Stripe.
Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case and, if approved, are processed through Stripe. Refund decisions may consider account status, usage, payment-network rules, tax handling, applicable law, and any written policy we publish.
5. Market Data Disclaimer
Financial and market data is provided for informational purposes only and may come from third-party data providers, public sources, or user-provided records. Provider names are shown where applicable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, exchange coverage, or timeliness of market data, and data may be delayed, unavailable, revised, or incorrect. You should verify information independently before making any investment, trading, tax, or legal decision.
6. Portfolio Records and Integrations
Users are responsible for the accuracy of portfolio records, manual entries, uploads, and any connected data they provide. If read-only brokerage or third-party account integrations are made available, those integrations may be subject to provider availability, institution support, third-party terms, and additional disclosures. Wall Street Invest does not request authority to place trades and does not execute trades on your behalf.
7. No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
Analytics, tax-lot views, calculators, market commentary, AI output, and other product surfaces are tools for review and education. They are not personalized recommendations, tax advice, legal advice, or guarantees of future performance. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
