1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, update your portfolio, upload or enter transaction records, manage billing, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, authentication profile, portfolio data, trade records, cash and dividend records, watchlists, support messages, and billing state returned by Stripe.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, synchronize your account and subscription, provide portfolio workflows, communicate with you, investigate support or security issues, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal financial data to third parties.

3. Billing and Payment Data

Payments, Checkout, Customer Portal sessions, invoices, tax IDs, payment methods, and refunds are handled by Stripe. We receive and store Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to operate billing and product access, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

Our platform may integrate with third-party service providers for authentication, billing, hosting, infrastructure, market data, analytics, support, communications, and optional read-only financial account connections where those workflows are enabled. These providers have their own privacy policies and terms governing their use of information processed through their services.
